Released from prison but still monitored, Philippe Rickwaert tries to convince socialist candidate Amélie Dorendeu to form an alliance with Michel Vidal, leader of the radical party. But things don’t go according to plan and his plan backfires.

After reuniting with his former fiefdom, Dunkirk, Philippe tries to sow discord in his successor’s legislative campaign in order to plan his comeback. Meanwhile, Amélie turns the tables and Philippe looks for a way to take advantage.
